This cottage sleeps twelve people in four bedrooms, consisting of one super king-size double with double sofa bed and en-suite shower, one king-size double with en-suite shower, one zip/link twin and one family room with one double and two single beds. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast area, dining room, a sitting room with woodburner and a conservatory with small snooker table. Outside there's ample off road parking and a front landscaped garden with patio and furniture. Eversley Garth is a superb holiday home for families with plenty to see and do in the area.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Extra fuel for woodburner can be purchased from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front landscaped garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Steep slope in garden leads down to a river, children to be supervised at all times. |

Set in the River Camel valley, to the north-west of Bodmin, it is situated near to Advent, Delabole, St Breward, Boscastle, Forrabury And Minster, and St Teath and is one of 258 towns or villages in Cornwall in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available.
